Now, home consumers have the opportunity to completely digitalize the process of paying gas bills. To do this, you can opt for electronic payments and maintain records in digital format.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Naftogaz notes that the possibility of electronic bill delivery is currently available upon the consumer’s request. Still, in the future, the company may more actively reduce the number of paper bills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To refuse to receive paper bills, you need to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

go to the “Settings” menu;
activate the “receive bills online” option.
Electronic bills appear in your account earlier than paper bills, making this format more convenient. This avoids delays in delivery and the risk of late payment. Additionally, consumers have the opportunity to receive a discount if they make a full payment for gas by the 15th through Naftogaz’s online services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
