The developer is connected to the Lviv City Council deputy from &#8220;European Solidarity&#8221; Nazariy Berbetsa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The case concerns the construction of the residential complex &#8220;Malogoloskivski Pahorby,&#8221; which the company began in 2017. Then, it agreed with the city council, committing to contribute financial funds to the development of Lviv&#8217;s engineering and social infrastructure. However, despite the completion of construction and the sale of apartments, the corresponding payment to the budget was never made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the LMR legal department, the court approved the prosecutor&#8217;s office&#8217;s claim on May 30, obliging the developer to repay the debt. This decision has not yet become final &#8211; the company has the opportunity to appeal it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">LLC &#8220;Lviv Investment Company&#8221; operates under the brand &#8220;New Home.&#8221; The company&#8217;s co-owners are Nazariy Berbetsya, Taras Didyk, and Oleksandr Poternak. In 2019, city council deputies partially exempted the company from paying almost UAH 9 million in share contributions, as it had built 500 meters of a road in the microdistrict with its funds.
