Our ancestors believed that it was on this day that hot days were possible, so people tried to ask the sun to be merciful to the harvest and thank them<\/span> <span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">for its warmth and light.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">On this day, it is traditionally essential to try to let good energy into your life, imagining that you have a key to your field, which you need to close and, in the morning &#8211; open again so that the energy has time to act.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Among the traditions is also the custom of eating a strawberry berry as a sign of gratitude to God for this fruit. According to legend, even the strawberry itself once did not bear fruit, but when the little Christ consoled himself on the plant, it began to bear its delicious berries.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">On this day, it is worth getting rid of annoying mosquitoes by noon so that they no longer interfere. Also, as part of the traditions, the family gathers to cook dumplings, which symbolizes unity. The water used in the rituals should be from a natural source, and candles should be placed around to bring a spiritual atmosphere.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">As for prohibitions, the church calls for avoiding quarrels, slander, and negative emotions.
