According to the commentary of lawyer Yuriy Ayvozyan, pregnancy can be a reason for the early dismissal of a female military serviceman. Mothers who are on parental leave for up to three years can also leave the service. If the child requires constant home care due to medical reasons, dismissal may be possible for up to six years, provided appropriate medical reports are submitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Additionally, a woman has the right to be dismissed if her husband is also serving in the military and there are minor children in the family. This provision was adopted to support families and ensure proper care for children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Currently, there is no mandatory mobilization for women in Ukraine; they can only be called up voluntarily by signing a contract with the Armed Forces.
