In Zaporizhia, the Security Service of Ukraine detained another agent of Russian special services. According to the investigation, the 42-year-old city resident served as an adjuster for enemy air attacks on behalf of the FSB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The man came to the attention of Russian intelligence after he began to leave pro-Russian comments on Telegram. After remote recruitment, he was assigned to transmit the coordinates of strategic objects in Zaporizhia for missile guidance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Russian special services were particularly interested in the locations of checkpoints, military concentrations, and industrial facilities, including defense enterprises. To collect information, he photographed these places and marked them on Google Maps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Additionally, the detainee placed a hidden camera with remote access near one of the highways, attempting to track the movement of Ukrainian armored vehicles on the southern front.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
SBU cyber experts documented his criminal activity and searched his home, where they seized a mobile phone with evidence of cooperation with Russian special services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The man is suspected under Part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – high treason under martial law. He is currently in custody and faces life imprisonment with confiscation of property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
