Iran has cast doubt on the feasibility of future nuclear talks with the United States, saying the dialogue has lost its relevance after Israeli airstrikes on sites linked to the country’s nuclear program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This information was announced by Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmail Baghaei, quoted by Bloomberg. He stressed that the actions of the other side make any negotiations meaningless, citing the Israeli attacks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to Iran, the planned meeting, which was to take place within the framework of the talks on June 15 in Oman, is currently in question. However, the representative did not confirm the official cancellation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On the night of June 13, Israel struck Iranian sites that, according to media reports, were directly related to the nuclear program. Official Tel Aviv stated that the operation was necessary to prevent the development of atomic weapons in Iran. The attack destroyed command posts of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), and at least 20 Iranian officers, including key commanders, were among the dead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
