Sberbank will cancel commission payments for services that are not performed. This was reported through a new complaint from a client on the financial portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
One of the Ukrainians reported that a few months ago, he applied to a Sberbank branch to close his pension account. The bank employee accepted his application and assured him that all procedures were completed successfully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The client wrote: “I applied to the bank to close my account two months ago. The bank employee kindly offered to write an application, and after submitting it, they assured me that the account was closed and there were no debts.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
However, two months later, he received an unexpected notification about the charging of a fee for servicing the card that he submitted along with the application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After contacting the bank’s hotline, it was discovered that the card he had refused had never actually been closed. Although the pensioner had not used the account for a long time, an error by an Oschadbank employee made him a debtor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The man was outraged: “I tried to call the bank, where they told me that the account was not even prepared for closure! This is their business practice.” As a result, customers should carefully monitor the processes in banks and, if necessary, contact the contact center to avoid charges for unperformed services.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
