One of the citizens, who is registered in a psychoneurological dispensary (PND) in one city but lives in another, turned to lawyers with a question about the possibility of obtaining medical documents and submitting them to the territorial recruitment center (TCK) for consideration by the military medical commission. He also asked about the possibility of resolving the issue through a lawyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In response, Ayvazyan noted that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“You can try; however, from practice, the PND will probably refuse to provide the necessary data to the lawyer, even if you have your written consent to disclose medical secrets.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The lawyer offered several recommendations for resolving this situation. One of the tips is to register with the PND at the place of actual residence. This is important, since the military medical commission (MMC) will, in any case, refer for an additional examination if a lot of time has passed since the previous examination. Additional registration at your place of residence will also enable you to receive up-to-date medical documents more quickly before the commission begins, which will significantly facilitate the service process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Thus, a key aspect of a stable solution to the issue is registration in the psychoneurological dispensary at the place of residence, which will ensure timely and correct registration of medical documentation for those liable for military service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
