Funds are also accepted in cinemas, museums, concerts, and beauty salons &#8211; the main thing is that the transaction is through the terminal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&#8220;We have provided three years to use funds, but we cannot wait anymore &#8211; the state budget needs resources,&#8221; said the specialist of the Ministry of Digital Transformation, Natalia Gorzheva.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">She also stated that internal transfers between Ukrainian cards are not blocked, allowing you to easily transfer the remaining balance to relatives or friends who plan to make a purchase. The system controls the movement of funds, and after the deadline, the card balance will be stopped without your participation.
