The “Winter e-Support” program is currently ongoing, as noted on the “Na pensiyi” portal. It was possible to receive assistance of one thousand hryvnias per person until the end of February, but these funds must be spent by the end of 2025. If this is not done, the money will return to the budget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The funds cannot be withdrawn or spent on the purchase of any goods or services. The use of the received thousand hryvnias is allowed only for specific categories of goods and services. Among them are train tickets, books, and products of Ukrainian manufacturers (from enterprises participating in the program). Additionally, the possibility of paying for utilities or making donations to the Armed Forces of Ukraine is also specified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For recipients of assistance through Oschadbank, to spend the “Zelenskyi thousand”, you need to contact the institution’s branch. Bank employees will inform you of the available options for spending the funds or help direct you on how to pay for utilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Please note that through Oschadbank, individuals who do not use the “Diya” application or do not have a taxpayer identification number due to a refusal to provide it may be eligible for financial assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
