He said that he and his wife had contacted the bank to reissue a card that had expired. Without explaining the details, the manager accepted the application, issued a receipt, and sent it to the cashier, which immediately aroused suspicion. The biggest shock awaited them at the cashier: the cashier demanded to pay 100 hryvnias without specifying what exactly the subject had paid for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The customers were forced to withdraw funds from another bank. During the repayment process, it was discovered that the payments were not for reissuing the card but for an insurance policy. It turned out that the bank employee had issued an insurance contract without warning, effectively imposing the service without the customers’ consent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
