Today, July 23, essential negotiations between Ukraine and the Russian Federation will take place. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a decree approving the composition of the Ukrainian delegation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The delegation was headed by Rustem Umerov, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The negotiating team included:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Olexander Bevz \u2014 Advisor to the Head of the President’s Office;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Oleksandr Dyakov \u2014 Deputy Chief of Staff of the Naval Forces;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Serhiy Kyslytsia \u2014 First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Yuriy Kovbasa \u2014 Representative of the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Heorhiy Kuzmychov \u2014 Protocol Officer of the Office of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
Oleg Luhovsky \u2014 First Deputy Head of the Foreign Intelligence Service;
Yevheniy Ostryanskyy \u2014 Deputy Chief of the General Staff;
Oleksandr Poklad \u2014 Deputy Head of the Security Service of Ukraine;
Vadym Skibitsky \u2014 Deputy Head of the Main Intelligence Directorate;
Andriy Fomin – Head of the International Law Department;
Oleksiy Shevchenko – Deputy Chief of the General Staff;
Oleksandr Sherikhov – Officer of the Main Directorate of the General Staff;
Yevhen Shynkarev – Deputy Chief of Staff of the Air Force Command.
The negotiations should become an essential stage in the dialogue between the countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
