In Ukrainian schools, the training on the subject “Defense of Ukraine” will focus on mastering the control of FPV drones. This information is contained in the new list of equipment approved for lessons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Schools will receive simulators for controlling these drones, computers, and the drones themselves, which will allow for practical classes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to the published list, emphasis will also be placed on medical aid skills. Students will learn to work with mannequins, use tourniquets, stop bleeding, and work with tactical medicine kits, as well as simulators for practicing actions in case of injuries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In addition, schoolchildren will become familiar with modern protective equipment, including helmets, body armor, gas masks, and chemical protection kits. Students will also have access to radio stations to study the basics of communication and various elements of training obstacle courses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Thanks to such equipment, the Ministry of Education and Science intends to prepare students to use modern technologies in the field of security, as well as develop critical thinking and resistance to disinformation in them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
These innovations are part of the global update of the “Defense of Ukraine” course, which started in 2024. Now, instead of traditional combat training, students will undergo monthly intensive practical training lasting 6-8 hours in specially prepared educational institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
