Lawyer Vladislav Derii spoke on this topic, explaining how to act in such situations and whether it is possible to resolve the issue remotely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Having applied for legal assistance, one of the men reported that he was wanted, despite having up-to-date data provided by the military medical commission (MMC) and not receiving any summonses. The lawyer noted that, theoretically, there is a possibility of resolving the issue without a personal trip to the territorial recruitment center (TCC). To do this, a man can send a registered letter to his TCC with a request to eliminate the erroneous wanted announcement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, Vladislav Derii warned that such a process can drag on for a long time. According to him, resolving the issue remotely is currently quite difficult, as individuals may face refusal to be removed from the wanted list or even receive a new summons in response.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a personal request does not bring results, removal from the wanted list may be possible in several cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>after the case on administrative offenses is closed or in the absence of evidence of a violation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>after paying a fine for violating the rules of military registration (with the possibility of receiving a 50% discount);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>due to appealing the wanted list in court.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Such a situation may cause concern among those liable for military service, so it is essential to know your rights and opportunities for protection.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In Ukraine, there is a problem when people subject to military service receive notifications about their being wanted without any clear reasons.
