Today, the Solomyanskyi District Court will decide whether he will be held accountable for the violations identified.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">According to the Telegram channel &#8220;Vykryvach&#8221;, the discussion of three NACP protocols regarding Rybak is taking place <\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">on July 29<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">. Inaccurate data exceeding 500 thousand hryvnias was found in his declarations for 2021\u20132023.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">In particular, it is worth paying attention to 12 acres of land in Moshchun, which have belonged to Rybak&#8217;s wife since 2021, but were not included in his declarations. Rybak explained the lack of information by saying that &#8220;the deed of boundary marks has not been signed,&#8221; while according to the law, ownership arises after registration.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Among other violations: differences in the area of \u200b\u200ban apartment in Kyiv, undeclared garages, unfinished construction, and the wife&#8217;s funds directed to the Construction Financing Fund.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">It is also known that Rybak fired Berkut member Sadovnyk, who later fled to Russia, and ignored the corruption scandal related to the embezzlement of 1.7 billion UAH for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">His declaration does not reflect his residence in an apartment belonging to his son, and indicates a cottage for his mother-in-law. The car he indicated as new is old and belongs to a relative. The judge continues to live in an official apartment that he received in 2008.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Today, the judge will find out whether he will be held accountable.
