The Pension Fund has explained who is eligible for these payments, as well as what documents are required and how to apply \u2014 online or offline.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Housing allowances are provided to internally displaced persons (IDPs) every month from the moment of application. The amount of payments is determined as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">UAH 3,000 \u2014 for persons with disabilities and children;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">UAH 2,000 \u2014 for other categories.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The Main Department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in the Poltava Region has explained how to apply for assistance for IDPs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Eligibility for assistance<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 20.03.2022 No. 332, from May 2022, the right to assistance is granted to persons who:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">have moved from 01.01.2022 from territories where hostilities are taking place or from temporarily occupied territories for which there is no specified date of the end of hostilities;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">have destroyed or uninhabitable housing, which is confirmed by documents;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Children born to IDPs have information entered into the Unified Information Database.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Conditions for able-bodied IDPs<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Able-bodied IDPs who apply for assistance <\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">after December 1, 2023<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">, are obliged to promote their employment within three months, which can be done through:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">official employment;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">registration as an individual entrepreneur;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">registration as unemployed;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">receiving grants for business development;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Becoming unemployed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">If these requirements are not met, the benefit will be suspended from the fourth month.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Who is exempt from employment obligations for the first six months<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">This category includes:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">persons caring for a child under 6 years old;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">persons raising three or more children under 18 years old;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">persons caring for a child studying online;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">persons caring for a sick child without disabilities;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">persons with disabilities of group I or II;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">persons caring for a person with disabilities of group I or an older adult;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">specialists providing social services;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">full-time or dual-education students.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Continuation of benefits for a second 6-month period without re-application<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">This applies to the following categories:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">pensioners with a pension not exceeding four subsistence minimums for people with disabilities;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">persons with disabilities of group I or II, children with disabilities under 18 years of age;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">orphans and their guardians, as well as adoptive parents.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Required documents for applying for assistance<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">application of the established form;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">an identity document;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">birth certificate for children under 14 years of age;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">court decision (if available);<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">certificate of serious illness of the child;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">other documents that may affect the purpose or amount of assistance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Methods of submitting documents<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Online:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">through the electronic services portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">through the mobile application of the Pension Fund;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">through the &#8220;Diya&#8221; portal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Offline:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">at the Pension Fund service center;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">at the ASN;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">by an authorized person of the local government body.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">In the event of a change in circumstances that may affect payments, assistance may be reviewed or terminated.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Additional information can be found on the official resources of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine or in service
