According to a new resolution that will come into force in the near future, the amount of fines can reach significant sums &#8211; up to UAH 110 thousand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This initiative is part of the implementation of the Fatherland Defense Law, which determines the responsibility for fixing in photos and videos of strategic objects concerning border infrastructure. Particularly focused on the ban on shooting the objects and workers located there. Breakdown of these norms can result in both penalties and arrest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The publication notes that border guards can punish not only at checkpoints, but also at other vital objects related to their official activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Law enforcement officers will also receive new opportunities to impose penalties on foreigners who violate employment rules in Poland.
