Lawyer Yuriy Ayvazyan spoke on this issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Applying for a deferral by mail<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A conscript who plans to apply for a deferral by sending documents by mail contacted lawyers. He was interested in whether this was possible and whether the TCC would refuse because the papers were not sent in person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe refusal to grant a deferral when sending an application with supporting documents by mail is groundless,\u201d noted lawyer Ayvazyan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He added that such cases, when the TCC refuses, are rare and not a common practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Actions in case of refusal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the TCC nevertheless refuses a deferral when documents are sent by mail, the lawyer advises going to court. A fair court decision will be the basis for the immediate execution of the CCC. According to Yuriy Ayvazyan, such cases in practice do not reach the appeal stage. Thus, applying for a deferment from mobilization remotely is a legal option, and in case of refusal, you can protect your rights through the court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will remind you that earlier, lawyers shared advice on how to postpone the appearance at the CCC for the agenda.
