But not all devices can withstand a sudden power outage without negative consequences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For example, inkjet printers are not able to withstand a sudden power outage. If you pull out the cable, the printer head will not have time to switch to quiet mode, as a result of which, the next time it will spend a lot of ink on cleaning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The same happens with Wi-Fi routers. If you turn them off at night, your &#8220;smart home&#8221; may lose synchronization, and important updates and backups may fail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OLED TVs also do not react to a sudden power outage very well. When the power is turned off, the screen refreshes pixels, and if this happens regularly, the picture may lose brightness over time. It is better not to turn off refrigerators and freezers, because even a slight increase in temperature can lead to spoilage of products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Security systems and medical equipment deserve special attention. Alarms, video cameras, sensors, and vital devices must function continuously. They must be provided with backup power.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Even computers and laptops do not want to be turned off suddenly.
