During the mobilization period, many questions arise regarding the need to use the Reserve+ application. In some cases, conscripts are advised to install this application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Oleksandra Kapitula, a lawyer at the Murenko, Kuryavyi & Partners Law Firm, commented on the importance of this issue for users of the application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to Kapitula, situations are increasingly arising when representatives of state bodies require that conscripts have Reserve+ installed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“This is often justified by simplifying the interaction between conscripts and territorial recruitment and social support centers. Reserv+ users can deal with their issues without the need to visit the CCC and SP, for example, receive information about updating military records, request deferrals from conscription, or search for places of service for contract military service,” the lawyer notes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In addition, employees of the CCC and SP are allowed to reduce the time for processing such requests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The introduction of the Reserve+ application was a consequence of the introduction into Ukrainian legislation of a norm on the existence of an electronic cabinet for conscripts and military conscripts, which allows them to remotely update their data and receive up-to-date information about military registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to the law, the user has the right:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
to check whether he is entered into the Register and what data about him is there (including access via the electronic cabinet);
to request corrections if his data is entered incorrectly or not entered at all.
At the same time, there are no purely legal requirements for the mandatory presence of an electronic cabinet for all conscripts or military conscripts, since this is not stipulated in the relevant regulatory acts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Oleksandra Kapitula also draws attention to the fact that the appearance of an electronic cabinet in Reserve+ is part of the general trend towards digitalization and simplification of communication between citizens and the state, since similar systems are actively used in other areas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
