Sometimes people manage to get rid of the wanted person without a trial if they can confirm at the military registration and enlistment office that they did not receive a summons. For example, the Buchanan CCC recognizes certificates from Ukrposhta, which state that the addressee did not receive a summons, and on this basis, they close the cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“When you visit the CCC to protest a fine, you may be referred to the city council or Ukrposhta, depending on who sent the summons. Collect a document confirming that you did not receive the summons. This may take more than a week. Then bring this document to the CCC. Although situations vary, such actions can lead to removal from the wanted list without paying a fine,” said people who have already used this method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Each case is individual. There are not always sufficient grounds for removal from the wanted list, even out of court, notes Ganina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
However, she also notes that procedural violations often occur that can become reasons for removal from the wanted list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“For example, if the summons was not received at the address specified in “Reserve +”, the summons was sent later than the deadline for reporting to the CCC, or the document from “Ukrposhta” did not return to the CCC and the SP (in connection with which there is no information about the person’s notification), as well as in the event of the expiration of the deadlines for administrative liability, or if the CCC and the SP did not record that the person had already appeared for the summons. Each situation is unique and requires individual analysis,” she concluded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
General mobilization is underway in Ukraine, and the “Reserve +” application is also functioning, where those liable for military service can update their data, receive an army registration document, or check their status.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
