The project was presented by the Prosecutor General of Ukraine, Ruslan Kravchenko, on September 2 during the 10th International Forum on Business Protection. The portal’s goal is to protect entrepreneurs from illegal pressure from law enforcement agencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The system enables businesspeople to file complaints about illegal actions, ensuring their verification, classification, and response. This information will not only help establish the facts but also facilitate investigations and bring the guilty to justice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ruslan Kravchenko also expressed hope that StopTysk will become an effective tool for combining the efforts of the prosecutor’s office, business, and legal specialists in combating systemic problems and protecting honest companies. He emphasized that after his appointment, about 23 thousand criminal proceedings against business people were reviewed, of which more than 7.5 thousand cases were closed as unfounded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
How does the “StopTysk” portal work?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The user first logs in through the “Diya” application.
Then describe the situation, including the actions of officials, circumstances, date, and consequences.
If necessary, you can upload documents, photos, or other confirmations.
The application is automatically registered and recorded in the system and displayed on the dashboard.
Complaints are considered within the established deadlines under the control of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
Based on the materials received, administrative and procedural decisions are made, and feedback is provided to applicants.
The editorial staff of “StopKor” and the NGO “Stop Corruption” welcome this initiative, as the media actively covers corruption, raiding, and pressure on entrepreneurs. The All-Ukrainian NGO “Stop Corruption”, which has existed for 10 years, was created precisely to counteract such abuses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
