Obtaining a message from “Reserve+” can be caused by different circumstances: the lack of data updates, being uninvited by the Military Medical Commission, or an untimely response to the summons. However, sometimes such situations arise for unusual reasons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A resident of Cherkasy addressed this case. The man received a report on the “Reserve+” because, according to the authorities, he did not register at a new address. However, the problem was that the address remained unchanged; the only factor was the renaming of the street.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“Good evening. I was notified of the” Reserve +” on the search for the shopping center because I have not been on military accounting at the new address since 17.08.2025. However, the address has not changed since 1995; only the street name was updated in 2015. I sent a request through email with a statement. The postponement and physical address did not change through the “reserve+” reserve, but I received only the answer to the inability to process the request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lawyer Vladislav Deriy explained that the search in this situation is illegal, so it should be canceled. The expert recommends that you send an application to the CCC to correct the status, indicating the violation in the register. The letter should be sent by registered letter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
However, the lawyer noted that the answer to this request can be both a refusal to correct and complete ignoring. In case of not receiving the answer, there are three options to cancel the search status:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
to pay a fine for violation of military accounting rules (with the possibility of a 50% discount in recognition of an offense);
wait for the closure of the administrative offense case due to the expiration of terms (if the accounting lasts more than three months) or the absence of the offense;
Appeal the search in court.

According to Article 210 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, these provisions are not applied if the register of conscripts and conscripts can receive information through electronic interaction with other databases stored in government agencies. Thus, all your data should be in the registers to which the shopping center has access.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
