The summons, which are handed over on the streets of Ukraine, began to cause serious conflicts. There are disputes every day between civilians and military representatives of the CCC and JV, sometimes exceeding the limits of hostility to fights. This phenomenon has become more noticeable in the fourth year of a full-scale war.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On August 3, in the Nikolaev area, a group of military personnel and a police representative became victims of an attack – they were attacked by unknown individuals, causing injuries to the military personnel and damaging their car. As a result of the aggression, the military was forced to use weapons and wounded one of the attackers. Similar incidents occurred in other regions, in particular in Volyn and Odesa, where crowds attacked services, threw stones at them, and caused bodily harm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The spokesman of the Poltava TCC reported that such manifestations of aggression by civilians had become almost regular. The tension is increasing, and the military often faces conflicts before the start of their duties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Law enforcement officers began investigating these cases under various articles, from slight bodily harm to attacks on employees. Lawyer Taras Borovsky notes that crimes can qualify under Article 114-1 of the Criminal Code, which provides up to 8 years in prison for obstruction of the legitimate activity of the Armed Forces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Experts believe that the rise in conflicts can cause not only social fatigue, but also anti-Ukrainian propaganda by Russia. Video attacks are actively spreading on social networks, creating the impression of widespread resistance to the CCC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
