The investigative actions took place in the office of Viktor Hlushpenko, deputy head of the Main Department of the State Tax Service, as well as at his residence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to information received from sources, the proceedings were initiated under Article 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which pertains to the abuse of power or official position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The information indicates that Hlushpenko allegedly illegally seized the Zagodprodukt enterprise through a front person, former tax police officer Ivan Boychuk. After that, the company was transferred to fictitious owners, as a result of which, according to the applicants, about 3 million hryvnias were appropriated from the budget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Public activists note that the official is attempting to evade punishment by leveraging his connections within law enforcement agencies and financial resources. They emphasize the importance of publicizing this situation so that those responsible are held accountable and the funds are returned to the state budget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Viktor Glushpenko has repeatedly been at the center of scandals.
