In September, Ukrainians can count on a seniority bonus, but the conditions for different professions vary significantly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Payments are received by education, medical, military, and many other budget specialists. The main condition is the presence of the necessary seniority, confirmed by relevant documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is worth noting that the long-service pension and the old-age pension are different categories of payments. A pensioner can only apply for one of them, and if they return to work in the same position, the additional fee will be waived.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Teachers will be entitled to bonuses in September 2025. Teachers can retire at the age of 55 if they have at least 30 years of experience. Management activities are also taken into account in the seniority, and teachers with more than 20 years of work receive a bonus of up to 30% of their salary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Medical workers and pharmacists can also take advantage of this benefit if they have worked for at least 30 years of continuous service. On average, their payment is 55% of the salary, but not less than 3,758 hryvnias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Other conditions apply to military personnel. According to Law No. 2262, it is necessary to have at least 25 years of service. If an army person becomes disabled due to the war, payments are provided regardless of age. The amount of the allowance ranges from 50 to 70% of the cash benefit, but not less than 3,854 hryvnias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In addition to these categories, artists, national team athletes, pilots, flight attendants, air traffic controllers, as well as employees of railways, metros, sea and river fleets, loggers, and those engaged in field work are entitled to receive allowances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Earlier, it was reported about innovations in maximum pensions for military personnel, which caused discussion. The Pension Fund simplified the procedures for Ukrainians, allowing them to receive a retirement with less difficulty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
