Home Internet can only be connected to specific tariffs, including “Just Life”, “Free Life”, “Smart Life”, “Platinum Life”, “Heat Light 2022”, “Free Life. Region”, “Mega”, “Maxi”, and “Powerful”. If the subscriber does not have time to replenish their account, the daily tariff is automatically activated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The quality of the Internet available may vary depending on the user’s address. Some subscribers may be offered a speed of up to 100 Mbps via Ethernet, while others will access GPON at speeds of up to 1 Gbps. However, the operator cannot guarantee the accuracy of the parameters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
There are several ways to connect to the service: through the Internet, by filling out the application on the site, by calling the number 5433, or directly at a Lifecell store, where a consultant will verify your ability to connect. With a positive result, a master will come home and install the necessary equipment at no additional cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
However, it should be remembered that the equipment remains the property of the operator, and after refusing the service, it must be returned. There are terms for return: 30 days for tariff or refusal, 150 days in the absence of payment, as well as on the day of transferring the number to another operator.
