Economic expert Borys Kushniruk spoke about this on his blog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the expert, in May 2021, Lyudmila Pyshna received 10% of the shares of the company Fidnova LLC from businessman Igor Liski. According to open registers, her share is estimated at 14.4 million hryvnias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, the spouses&#8217; declarations for 2021-2024 indicate that this share has a value of 40 million hryvnias, which suggests a difference of more than 25.5 million hryvnias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kushniruk emphasizes that this discrepancy has been ongoing for four years, suggesting deliberate data manipulation rather than a simple mistake. He also notes that the legislation provides for liability for submitting false information in declarations. The expert believes that the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NACP) should verify this information and provide an appropriate assessment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the Ukrainian Criminal Code, submitting false data in declarations is punishable by fines, correctional labor, or even imprisonment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will remind that the Security Service of Ukraine recently detained the former head of the tax service, Bambizov.
