Failure of a conscript to appear at the territorial recruitment center entails an administrative offense punishable by a fine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to lawyer Yuriy Ayvazyan, conscripts are obliged to visit the territorial recruitment center at their request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Notifications about the need to visit the CCC may be received, in particular, in the form of summonses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Visits to the CCC may be necessary, for example, to clarify military registration data or undergo a military medical examination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The lawyer explained what consequences await the body if the conscript does not appear after receiving the summons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“In such a situation, administrative liability is provided for in accordance with Article 210-1 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses. The fine varies from 17 thousand to 25,500 hryvnias,” the lawyer noted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It should also be noted that the fine may increase over time, and the citizen may be put on the wanted list, and additional measures may be taken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
