The High Council of Justice confirmed that there are no grounds for disciplinary action against Judge Maryna Domanska of the Northern Commercial Court of Appeal after reviewing six complaints submitted. All of them were examined, but only three complaints were assessed, and the opening of disciplinary cases was refused. Two complaints were returned to the applicants without consideration, and one is still at the stage of the inspector’s intended consideration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In response to a request from activists, information was announced that none of the disciplinary chambers had opened cases against the judge. It is known that the issue of trust in the judge arose due to a noticeable increase in her wealth in recent years. According to declarations, her family owns a summer house in Pukhovka, a land plot, and several cars. The judge’s daughters spend time in France, studying there and renting housing. At the same time, the family’s official income is significantly lower than its declared assets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This has led not only to interest from journalists but also to official requests to the High Council of Justice to investigate possible violations. According to the council, there are currently no open disciplinary proceedings, which indicates that there are no grounds for any disciplinary response.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
