In his interview with Glavkom, Kim offered an optimistic forecast for the future conflict, noting that any war will eventually end with the conclusion of peace agreements. In his opinion, this military conflict will also receive a peaceful resolution when the parties can agree on the terms of a ceasefire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kim also drew attention to changes in society’s psychological state compared to previous years. If in 2022 Ukrainians were active on an emotional level, now, after more than three years of war, fatigue is observed. People no longer expect quick solutions, but have learned to perceive the war as an integral part of their reality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In his opinion, it is important not to comfort the population, but to provide clear information about the situation on the front, as well as opportunities for assistance and current tasks. People need not promises, but a clear plan of action in the current conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kim emphasized that the nature of the current war differs not only in technology but also in the pace of events. What used to take months now happens daily or even hourly. This leads to a greater psychological exhaustion of society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Despite all the difficulties, the situation in Ukraine remains stable. There is no default; the hryvnia is not losing ground, and the economy is functioning thanks to support from international partners. Kim emphasized that even during the war in Ukraine, people can lead a relatively everyday life\u2014attend concerts, go to cafes, and continue their daily activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the same time, he pointed to the emergence of a significant gap between the regions: residents of front-line zones face the consequences of the war every day, while in more remote areas the conflict is perceived as a background.
