This conflict sparked widespread resonance, and representatives of the Kyiv City Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center commented on it. Their statement states that the video recorded a conflict between military personnel and civilians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The incident occurred on October 6, 2025, during the implementation of notification measures in the capital. According to the TCC, the man they were trying to detain was wanted for violating the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Representatives of the CCC noted that during the detention, a group of people appeared on the scene and deliberately interfered with the work of officials, prompting the detainee to attempt to evade responsibility. They emphasized that such behavior constitutes an offense subject to criminal liability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After the detention, the man complained of feeling unwell, and the police called an ambulance, which took him to the hospital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
