This was a consequence of the problematic situation in the power system caused by Russian shelling. DTEK provided information about this.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Users in the capital are divided into six queues, which are, in turn, divided into two subgroups. The outages are carried out in accordance with Ukrenergo&#8217;s instructions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">In Kyiv, electricity will be turned off from 08:00 to 23:00, but three subgroups\u20142.1, 5.1, and 5.2\u2014will receive electricity throughout the day. In the Kyiv region, outages will also occur at the same time, and queue 2.1 will remain with electricity for the whole day.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">To find out the exact time of a possible power outage in your area, visit the DTEK or Yasno website and enter your address. There are also chatbots in Viber and Telegram that provide up-to-date schedules.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">When restrictions apply to three lines, outages affect about half of consumers; if they apply to more lines, then most of the population.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">DTEK reminds users that after power is restored, all large appliances should not be turned on at the same time, as this may cause network failures. It is recommended to unplug appliances in advance to reduce the risk.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Company representatives note: &#8220;When the light goes out, turn on appliances from the sockets. This is not easy, but necessary.
