He noted that the CCC does not control entry to the city’s large nightclubs, since their clients have “white tickets”. Thus, representatives of the wealthy class do not face the same problems as ordinary citizens, who are regularly subject to checks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to him, at large enterprises, there is a kind of “word of mouth” that transmits information about tariffs and ways to avoid strict restrictions. The same CCC employees visit the “majors”, while ordinary citizens do not have such opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThey brought it to the TCC, paid $6,500 \u2013 and got a week to resolve the reservation issues,\u201d the veteran commented. This situation causes dissatisfaction among those who cannot afford to pay such an amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Thus, such a system creates two classes: those who can buy themselves time and benefits, and those who are forced to follow standard rules.
