However, light rains are possible in Transcarpathia and the Carpathian Mountains.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Forecaster Natalka Didenko and the Ukrhydrometeorological center reported this.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Fog due to moist air is forecast in the northeastern, eastern, and western regions in the morning hours. During the day, the air temperature will vary from 9 to 16 degrees.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">In Kyiv, mostly cloudy weather is expected, with no precipitation, and temperatures will remain around 4-6 degrees at night.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Forecasters predict that there will be more rain in Ukraine <\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">on November 11-12<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">, and the air temperature will start to drop. This weekend is recommended for spending time in the fresh air, because next week frost will arrive in the region, and snow may fall in the Carpathian Mountains.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Weather conditions in Ukraine indicate the approach of cold, which may affect everyday life and energy security during the winter. Weather forecasters plan to publish the climatic characteristics of November and forecasts for the rest of autumn.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">According to preliminary data, a short period of warming is expected <\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">from November 6 to 10<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">.
