Add the chopped nuts, leaving some for decoration.<\/div>\n<div>Transfer the dough to a greased form or a lined baking pan, and place in an oven heated to 180\u00b0C for 30-40 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden skewer &#8211; it should be dry.<\/div>\n<div>While the cake is cooling, prepare the cream: beat the cooled cream to thick peaks, then add the sour cream with sugar and beat again until it reaches an airy consistency.<\/div>\n<div>When the cake has cooled, spread it generously with cream and decorate with nuts.<\/div>\n<div>Here it is, your perfect carrot cake, fragrant and tender, with a slight nutty crunch.
