These are two independent processes, and the decision on the wanted list will not affect the possibility of receiving disability.<\/p>\n<p>The issue of the conscript&#8217;s disability registration details was considered by lawyer Yuriy Ayvazyan, who received a request from a client.<\/p>\n<p>The citizen asked whether the TCK can affect the assignment of disability if the applicant is wanted.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The territorial recruiting center does not have the right to refuse to grant disability to a citizen who is wanted,&#8221; the lawyer assured.<\/p>\n<p>The lawyer explained why an administrative wanted list is not a basis for refusing to assign disability.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Receiving disability does not depend on the decision of the TCK,&#8221; Ayvazyan emphasized.<\/p>\n<p>He also clarified that they can refuse to grant disability only if there are no sufficient health-related grounds.<\/p>\n<p>We will remind you that recently, Volyn border guards detained an organizer of illegal border crossing for military conscripts.
