Thaws and warming in the second decade<\/p>\n
From January 3, a thaw will be observed in many countries of central and eastern Europe. The temperature will rise to 0 \u00b0C and above. Southwesterly winds will contribute to higher temperatures, which will also affect fog formation in Ukraine.<\/p>\n
During the first decade of January, abnormally high temperatures for this period may be recorded in many regions, leading to rapid snowmelt. By mid-January, the snow cover is likely to have disappeared in most areas, except the northwestern ones.<\/p>\n
Warming will be accompanied by rain, fog, and possible ice.<\/p>\n
Mid and late January: The return of coolness<\/p>\n
In the middle of the month, the weather will gradually cool, with expected temperature drops as cool air from Scandinavia arrives. However, severe frosts are not forecast. In general, atmospheric pressure will remain within the climatic norm, with slight precipitation.<\/p>\n
According to preliminary forecasts, the third decade of January will be marked by increased atmospheric pressure. There will be little precipitation, and the temperature regime will correspond to the climatic norm, with possible higher values \u200b\u200b\u200b\u200bin the western and southern regions. Dangerous weather phenomena are unlikely.<\/p>\n
