The card is required when entering higher education institutions, opening bank accounts, official employment, and in many other cases. This was announced by Ukraine&#8217;s Minister of Digital Transformation, Mykhailo Fedorov.<\/p>\n<p>According to the new rules, the card can be issued in two formats. Children will be able to order it online through the mobile application &#8220;Diya&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>There is also the option to personally contact the Center for Administrative Services to have the document issued offline.<\/p>\n<p>After the registration is completed, the card will always be available in digital format on a smartphone. If necessary, users can print the document or share the electronic version with institutions.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the government plans to expand the service&#8217;s functionality. In the future, adults will also be able to order an electronic card, and the card can be reissued in case of loss or damage to the document.<\/p>\n<p>The Minister noted that implementing this initiative will make the state document more accessible to Ukrainians and significantly reduce bureaucratic procedures.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ukraine is introducing a new approach to issuing a taxpayer card, making the process faster and more convenient for citizens, including children and their parents.
