In his opinion, the bank is actually forcing customers to pay for services that are not provided.<\/p>\n<p>The man stressed that Oschadbank had created conditions under which it was impossible to refuse a paid service, and this forced him to accumulate debts while abroad. He called on the bank to stop the illegal charging of payments and cancel the &#8220;technical debt&#8221;, noting that it was unacceptable to charge money for services that were not provided on a blocked card.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, the information portal reported on bonuses for pensioners with Oschadbank accounts, as well as on problems clients face with money transfers.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, recommendations were published on changing the limits on money transfers and a list of documents required for this.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A client of Oschadbank expressed dissatisfaction with the financial institution&#8217;s incomprehensible actions, including extending the validity of his blocked card and charging him monthly for services he does not use.
