These initiatives aim to update sectoral legislation, improve transportation safety, and introduce modern digital tools that meet European standards. The Ministry will work on both existing documents and new initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>Among the registered draft laws, changes in the field of transportation of dangerous goods, the creation of the National Bureau for the Investigation of Transport Accidents, and draft laws related to socially important transportation and reforming the system of preferential transportation are highlighted. It is also planned to strengthen the responsibility of foreign carriers for violations of cabotage rules and to improve the regulation of uncrewed aerial vehicles in civil aviation.<\/p>\n<p>In 2026, the Ministry will focus on new initiatives, including legislative regulation of the e-Queue system for efficient border crossings, implementation of the electronic consignment note, reform of the taxi sector and technical control, and updating legislation on the transportation of perishable food products.
