Those who believe they need to stay in the city are convinced they have no other option: they must hold out and adapt, using all available resources to survive the cold months, not allowing the city to empty.<\/p>\n
The heating forecasts are also worrying. In Troyeshchyna, residents may not wait for full-fledged heat until the end of winter, and have already been informed of possible interruptions in hot water and the need to prepare for adverse sanitary conditions. Forecasters promise frosts of -20 degrees, which turns the issue of heating into a matter of survival.<\/p>\n
Earlier, it was reported that February could be hit by abnormal weather, potentially leading to serious consequences such as snow and freezing rain.
