Experts from the State Service for the Supervision of Food, Agriculture, and Consumer Protection of Ukraine emphasized that including a generator charge without the client’s consent and without warning may be illegal. In such cases, the establishment risks a fine of 30% of the cost of goods or services sold, with a minimum of 85 hryvnias. The service representative also noted that the generator serves to ensure the continuous operation of the establishment and is not a separate service for consumers.<\/p>\n
