He also emphasized that since the beginning of 2022, Ukraine has repeatedly appealed to its partners, calling for improvements to the air defense system and measures to protect against Russian shelling. Without this, there will be no real security guarantees.<\/p>\n
“The guarantor countries must answer an important question. This is a difficult question, but only one. All other details are technical aspects. The main thing is whether you are ready for a possible confrontation with Russia. If the guarantors reach an agreement in principle, other issues will be resolved.
