Each case requires an individual approach: it is important to consider the grounds for placing a person on the wanted list, the presence of official summonses, their correctness, and the wording of the violation in the documents.<\/p>\n<p>The expert noted that paying a fine is often perceived as a quick way to resolve a problem, but it can be seen as an admission of violating military accounting rules. Moreover, if the cause is not eliminated &#8211; for example, the person does not pass the military medical board- he can be declared wanted again.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, the lawyer recommends that you first sign up for a medical examination, pass the VLC, and only then contact the TCC to pay the fine and update the information about passing the commission.<\/p>\n<p>It was also previously reported about the activity of the SBU regarding long-range strikes against Russian targets, as well as about new threats posed by the occupiers to Ukrainians.
