Residents of buildings have the right, through their association of co-owners (OSBB), to establish parking rules, in particular, to determine spaces for guests and set entry restrictions. However, a specific space cannot be assigned to only one owner without the consent of the other co-owners.<\/p>\n
In new residential complexes, according to building codes, at least one parking space per apartment is provided, with additional spaces for guests and people with disabilities.
