This information was published by users on the Minfin platform.<\/p>\n<p>One of the clients discovered that his credit card had disappeared from Privat24 and was not displayed in the payment service. Initially, the bank&#8217;s support explained this by a possible self-closing of the account, but later it was found out that the problem was caused by a technical failure.<\/p>\n<p>The user notes that due to this incident, his account was automatically closed. According to the operator, the situation could have affected other clients as well.<\/p>\n<p>According to information from the support service, the accounts were closed due to a massive technical failure, as a result of which the clients&#8217; funds were written off for charitable purposes. However, the exact timing of the account restoration is not yet known.<\/p>\n<p>At the moment, PrivatBank has not commented on the situation regarding the scale of the problem or the reasons for the failure.<\/p>\n<p>It was previously reported that PrivatBank is terminating contracts with clients, blocking accounts and not returning money.
