Alena Khorosha, head of the department of the Prosecutor General’s Office, declared five unfinished construction sites in Kyiv. Her previous surname was Ivanchenko.<\/p>\n
The official is registered and lives in Kyiv.<\/p>\n
Her property includes a land plot with an area of \u200b\u200b1,200 square meters, located in the village of Senkivka, Boryspil district, Kyiv region, which was purchased in 2009.<\/p>\n
She also has a joint ownership of an apartment in Kyiv with an area of \u200b\u200b107 square meters, where her share is 33%. The remaining 67% is owned by Bohdan Ivanchenko. The apartment was purchased in December 2019, its starting price at the time of acquisition was only 18 hryvnias.<\/p>\n
The declaration states that in 2019 Khorosha received the right to free use of a parking space with an area of \u200b\u200b12.5 square meters, the cost of which is estimated at 135,000 hryvnias.<\/p>\n
In addition, the declaration reflects unfinished construction, including an apartment with an area of \u200b\u200b65 square meters, declared since 2018, as well as a parking space with an area of \u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b15.8 square meters, which appeared in the document in 2021.<\/p>\n
In addition, the declaration lists three non-residential premises, the area of \u200b\u200b\u200b\u200bwhich varies from 4.95 to 10.4 square meters. These objects were listed in the declaration in 2022.<\/p>\n
All these objects were built at the expense or using the materials of the declarant herself, but the ownership of them was registered in the hands of third parties, including PJSC “Holding Company “Kyivmiskbud” and LLC “Kroazet”. At the same time, the right to rent is indicated.<\/p>\n
Among the official’s transport is a 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe car, which was purchased in February 2025. The car belongs to Bohdan Ivanchenko, but Alena Khorosha has the right to drive it.<\/p>\n
The cost of the car at the time of purchase was 400 thousand hryvnias, while the prices for such used crossovers in Ukraine at the beginning of 2025 ranged from 350 to 550 thousand hryvnias.<\/p>\n
During 2025, Alena Khorosha earned 1.45 million hryvnias. In addition, her declaration contains information about 5 thousand dollars in cash.<\/p>\n
In accounts at Raiffeisen Bank in Good and her declarations indicate the following funds: 50 thousand hryvnias, 6 thousand hryvnias, 3 thousand euros and 10 thousand dollars.<\/p>\n
The declaration does not indicate any financial obligations or significant expenses. Also, no other places of work or membership in the governing bodies of various organizations are indicated.<\/p>\n
