The head of the first investigative department of the SBI in Poltava, Oleksandr Glukhoveria, declared a gift in the amount of 979 thousand hryvnias, according to information from the Absolution Leaks source.<\/p>\n
The official is registered in Dnipro, but his actual place of residence is in Poltava, where his correspondence address is also located. His family includes his wife Viktorivna, daughter Nani, and sons Mykhailo and Dmytro.<\/p>\n
The declaration indicates an apartment in Dnipro with an area of \u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b169.8 sq. m., which is the place of residence of the entire family. Among the co-owners of the housing is his mother Svitlana.<\/p>\n
Since August 2024, the family has been renting an apartment in Poltava with an area of \u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b136.7 sq. m.<\/p>\n
In December 2025, Glukhoveria became a joint partial owner of 50% of the apartment in Dnipro, with an area of \u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b47 sq. m. m.<\/p>\n
In November 2024, he acquired two land plots in the village of Pishchanka, Dnipropetrovsk region: the first of which occupies 2932 sq. m. and is estimated at 882 thousand hryvnias, and the second – 1139 sq. m. for 343 thousand hryvnias.<\/p>\n
Of the vehicles, the official indicated a 2019 Skoda Kodiaq, which was purchased in January 2020 for 979 thousand hryvnias. The family also has a 2023 Toyota RAV4, purchased in October 2025 for 1.23 million hryvnias, although the owner is his wife, and Oleksandr has the right to use the car.<\/p>\n
During 2025, Glukhoveria received 1.6 million hryvnias in salary, and also declared a non-cash gift from his mother in the amount of 979 thousand hryvnias.<\/p>\n
The official’s wife received income from the sale of movable property, which amounted to 590 thousand hryvnias, as well as social benefits, the total amount of which was about 18 thousand hryvnias.<\/p>\n
The family also has cash savings: Oleksandr declared 75 thousand dollars, another 10 thousand dollars – his wife.<\/p>\n
The section on expenses and transactions mentions the donation of a vehicle in July 2025 and the acquisition of real estate by inheritance in December 2025.<\/p>\n
Oleksandr Glukhoveria is a member of the National Bar Association of Ukraine and is a member of the Poltava Regional Organization of the FST “Dynamo” of Ukraine.<\/p>\n
