According to eyewitnesses, if a person crosses the border more than once in 72 hours and has a fully filled tank, this may be perceived as an attempt to import fuel not for personal use. In such cases, border guards offer two options: pay additional excise duty or reduce the amount of fuel in the tank.<\/p>\n
In case of evasion of these requirements, the car may be turned away. The driver loses his turn and is forced to go through the border conversion procedure again.<\/p>\n
